On May 27, 2026, the Vremya Tsifry forum took place at the RBC Event Center in Moscow — a venue where business and technology companies share digital transformation practice. In the session "Create with AI: Neural Networks in Creative Industries", Genprom CTO Andrey Yashanov presented the talk "The Architect's New Role in the AI Era: Hundreds of Development Options per Minute".
The centrepiece was a live MasterMind demo: in a minute the system generates hundreds of development options that respect regulations and site constraints, automatically computes technical-economic indicators, insolation and view quality — and the best option is picked in one click. AI takes over the routine enumeration of options, so the architect becomes a curator of solutions and focuses on the design intent.
The audience saw the end-to-end workflow: the platform for concept design, plugins for detailing — one solution across all stages, from concept to project and working documentation. Results on real projects: 2–3× shorter timelines, up to 80% fewer errors, and up to 45% lower costs.
